Private and group offerings are rooted in Somatic Psychotherapy, embodied expressions of how thoughts effect the way we carry ourselves and even the way we breathe. To expand one's capacity to self regulate ones nervous system, and breathe more fully, creates efficiency in our physiology. Once we begin to notice more space and expansion through breath and movement, our nervous system becomes more regulated and resilient. In turn, this translates into stress reduction and greater affect tolerance, while bringing the entire nervous system into equilibrium.
